 Used medicinally to expel intestinal worms.  Taken over long period can cause organ degeneration.  Use topically to treat scabies.  Insect repellant of the highest order and was a strewing herb of old.   Used in spells, charms, and potions  for longevity and also considered a funerary herb.  Mildly toxic.  Tansy will produce a green dye.

A powerful antiseptic.  Used to treat anemia, bronchial ailments, and intestinal disorders.  Kills fungal infections such as athletes foot as well as skin parasites (lice).  The vapors kill bacteria in the air.  Used magickly for purification, to bring about good health and to dispel nightmares.

Do not take internally.  Put in a sachet for love, or carry to draw love or money.   Also used in magic to ward from illness, bring luck, and strengthen resolve.  7 beans thrown into a creek or stream grants a wish.  In incense makes a good substitute for Musk.
